THE DANCE AWARDS

THE DANCE AWARDS! To experience this event with our Senior Conservatory Company was a dream. The dancers arrived eager and nervous to compete, but held their own in the prestigious and elite level of competition. They performed “Hotel California” as a group and made us all super proud. They took the classes like pros, and we got to watch the ‘Best Dancer” dance off, and attend the Closing Gala….which was like being at the Oscars. Seniors were able to participate in the College Audition Experience and college fair, and we celebrated our own Kristina, who was chosen among hundreds and awarded a college scholarship.

Aside from all the dance inspiration and growth….it was also a time for us to have fun, and bond even more. A quick day trip to Disney, a dinner with a belly dancer, a road trip to Canes, and Escape Room outings…all made the trip more memorable and created memories that will live forever. Spending time together was such a gift!

So grateful to have been part of TDA this week and to have dancers that are serious and dedicated enough to want to embrace this next level of competition and education! Congratulations dancers, on a fabulous week!
