Tuition Rates

Tuition rates for our programs are available upon request. There is a price bracket for every family. Please email: Office@broadwaydancetheatre.com for details.

• Regular In-person Instruction is charged in 10 payments for the year.

Registration Fee

A registration fee of $30 per student ($40 per family) plus a $15 concert/recital t-shirt will be charged upon registration.

Nutcracker Ballet

All ballet students are cast in our annual Nutcracker Ballet performance in December. A $75 production fee covers costume use, costume cleaning, rehearsals, production costs, and a small ad in our playbill.

Spring Concert & Costume Policy

Each year we hold a Spring Concert to celebrate and display the hard work of all our dancers. Each dance class a student is in, will require a costume unless designated as a non-performing class upon registration. Attendance at the dress rehearsal and spring concert are mandatory.

Costumes:

• Kinderdance Classes: $55

• All Other Classes: $85

• Company Costumes: Start at $85

Attendance & Make-Up Policy

Regular attendance is crucial to the continued development of the student. PLEASE NOTE: Broadway Dance Theatre has a “No Refund” policy for missed classes. Classes missed for any reason may be made-up within 30 days. Please inquire at the desk as to the class day/time for your child’s make-up.

Snow Policy

As a guideline, if the Watchung school system is closed or has early dismissal, we will be closed. Occasionally we must overrule them if conditions are dangerous near the studio, or if the snow has melted completely by noon. We will send out an e-mail announcing any weather closings to anyone who provides an e-mail address, and it will also be posted on our Facebook page and on Instagram.

Withdrawal Policy

 If you need to withdraw your child from a class at any time, we require 30 days written notice. All payments made up to the time of withdrawal, (including costume fees) are non-refundable as stated on the contract.
